1. Acceptability & Terms of Use
By accessing FakeChats, you agree to comply with these terms. You are fully responsible for the content you create and mockups you export. You agree not to generate screenshots designed to impersonate real public figures, commit fraud, deceive others, or publish misleading misinformation.
2. Pro Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features of FakeChats (such as high-quality PNG exports) require a premium Pro subscription. Purchases are processed securely through Dodo Payments. Once processed, your account is marked as Pro in our database, which grants access to restricted download capabilities.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
FakeChats is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will meet your expectations or remain uninterrupted.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FakeChats or its developers be liable for any damages arising out of the use, misuse, or inability to use the mockup generator.
5. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
